I firmly believe that our design carries a profound purpose, particularly in this transformative age where we awaken from the constraints of societal programming and the veils of illusion.

One of my passions is the exploration of the Energetic Flow especially within the Projector Body. Drawing upon my background in the study and facilitation of meditations, I firmly believe that this path of aligning and understanding our energies is both transformative and vital for our spiritual evolution. Since we are here to assist others with this process, we better get to it. This is our design.

We have been feeling and living through everyone’s energy, like a filter system for humanity.

Feeling into it. Projectors, if you are running too fast and feeling that bitterness, you are still out of alignment. Do not fret. Slowing down and sitting in stillness is the first step and the meditation goal. I also walk in nature for a similar experience of just feeling my own energy and natural energies only.

Embodiment is a word around a lot right now, but it is the word for us. Many of us have had to be out of out bodies because of the pain of the false world, and the judgements we probably experienced with our intensity and ‘being weird and different’.

We must intimately connect with the graceful dance of energy flowing through us and understand it!
